Velocity High Performance Coaching and 325 will work together to give doctors and healthcare practices professionally designed, sales-driven websites that strengthen their brands, generate leads, and support practice growth.
Velocity owns the client relationship. Velocity brings the coaching, the sales process, and practice development. 325 builds and operates the digital system behind it: brand strategy, website design, content, technology, hosting, and ongoing support. Practices contract with Velocity, and 325 works as Velocity's build and hosting partner.
The pricing below is what Velocity pays 325 per practice. What Velocity charges the practice is Velocity's decision.
Every site 325 builds under this program carries Velocity High Performance Coaching branding, so a practice that joins the program looks like part of it.
The initial program covers three website systems based on practice size. Social media, lead generation, paid advertising, and ongoing marketing can be added once the full scope of the partnership is set.
There is no separate website build fee. The build is included in the monthly service, so a practice starts without a capital outlay and Velocity has a single number to sell. Each site carries a twelve-month minimum term, and that minimum runs to Velocity. This pricing is built for program volume and assumes it.
This matches how the program is sequenced. The practice learns the Velocity system first and grows organically, then upgrades the website in the second phase.

Final pricing depends on the number of providers, locations, pages, and integrations required.
Velocity's coaching moves a practice beyond the adjustment, and the website has to move with it. A doctor who adds a service in month four should not need a new site in month five.
The program's templates are designed to carry the modalities Velocity coaches practices to adopt:
Each one gets its own section or page, written so a patient understands what it is and why the practice chose it. Adding a modality to a live site uses the section types already in the template, so it is included in the monthly service. A new page type or a layout change is custom work and is quoted separately.
The AI chat agent and the phone agent are updated at the same time, so a practice that adds shockwave in March is answering questions about shockwave in March.
Speed at volume comes from a template library rather than one-off design.
Launch timing. Launch windows begin when the logo, photographs, copy, and any required account access are in hand, not at signature.
Revisions. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes returned by the practice. Requests sent separately over several days count as separate rounds.
Hosting. Sites are built and hosted on infrastructure the 325 partnership runs and controls, on a platform we built rather than a website builder we resell. Hosting is required for the site to remain live, supported, and updated. A single release improves every hosted site at once, which is how security patches and new capabilities reach every practice without a rebuild.
If a practice leaves. The practice owns its site. If it stops working with Velocity it may take a static export of its site files and deploy them wherever it likes. There is no fee for the files and no conditions on taking them. If the practice would rather 325 handled the move, exporting, packaging and handing off to the new host, that migration service is $500. After transfer the practice is responsible for hosting and for maintaining all associated software. The AI agents, the GEO and Active GEO configuration, the website editor, and the template designs are licensed for use while the site is hosted with 325 and are not included in the export. Taking the files does not change the twelve-month minimum, which remains payable by Velocity under the term above.
Minimum term. Each site carries a twelve-month minimum, and the minimum runs to Velocity. If a practice discontinues before the twelve months are complete, the remaining monthly payments for that site stay payable by Velocity. This is the term that protects the included build against a single practice leaving early. It works together with the volume floor below, which protects it against the program never reaching the scale the price assumes. Both are needed, for different risks.
Program volume. The pricing above is built for volume and depends on it. On signature, Velocity commits to a minimum of ten new sites within the first ninety days. Two things in this proposal rest on that commitment as well as on the minimum term above: the build is included at no separate charge, and the monthly is held flat for the life of the term. If the floor is not reached, both come off for sites started after the ninety days. Those sites move to a separate build fee plus the standard monthly: $995 and $399 for Option 1, $1,995 and $399 for Option 2, and from $3,995 and from $899 for Option 3. The monthly is the same for Options 1 and 2 because they run on the same service level. What differs is the size of the build, which is why the build fee differs. Sites already launched keep the program pricing. Velocity and 325 will confirm expected volume in advance so build capacity is scheduled and launch windows hold.
Phone and message usage. Every option includes 100 phone agent conversations per practice per month. Conversations beyond 100 bill at $2.00 each. Text messages bill at cost, with no margin added. Usage is billed to Velocity monthly in arrears alongside the service fee, and 325 provides the per-practice counts that support it.
Signature. These terms take effect when Velocity and 325 sign this agreement. Nothing here is binding on either party until then, and no build is scheduled before signature.
Billing. Monthly service is billed to Velocity in advance. Usage is billed in arrears. 325 invoices Velocity, not the practice, and does not collect from practices.
These websites serve as the foundation. Additional marketing services can be introduced separately based on each practice's goals, budget, and internal capabilities.

The practice selects a system. The right option follows from the number of providers, locations, and business goals. The practice contracts with Velocity.
325 builds and operates. 325 handles strategy, messaging, design, development, integrations, launch, hosting, and ongoing support.
Velocity supports sales and practice growth. John provides the coaching, the sales process, and the performance strategy around the digital system.
Additional services are introduced as needed. Branding, social media, advertising, automation, and lead generation can be added separately.
